Las Cabañas del Pantano are three wood cabins, in the unique setting of the Gasset reservoir, where you can contemplate the lake from the hillside, surrounded by a diverse range of olive, oak, and elm trees, and immersed in a sea of tranquility with clear skies and beautiful sunsets.
Located in spacious grounds with pathways, barbecue, and swimming pool, each cabin is equipped with a kitchen and cooking utensils, heating and air conditioning, a living room with TV, wi-fi, bathroom with shower and bed linen (no towels). They also each have a porch with spectacular views of the lake.
The cabins can be rented together for groups (14-17 pp max), or individually; there are 2 four-beds and one six-bed cabin, each with a supplementary place. Couples are welcome in the 4-berth cabins.
The town of Fernán Caballero is 2 km away for shops and sightseeing, and the reservoir lies just 200 m. from the cabins, offering the chance to go fishing or sailing.
The site is located between the national parks Tablas de Daimiel (25 km) and Cabañeros (45 km). The charming Manchego town of Almagro is also 30 km. away.
Among the activities available are canoeing, paint-ball, archery, cycling, hiking, and mushroom or asparagus picking (in season). At least 7 days’ notice is required for any of these activities.
